Welcome to the Forest West Owners Association website.  The purpose of this site is to assist the owners and residents of Forest West in living together in a great community.  The Association hopes you find this site useful and easy to navigate.  We want you to check back here often to see what the HOA is doing.  There will be many items of interest to different groups of people.

We have made arrangements with Community Associations Banking to assist Forest West owners in paying their HOA dues. As part of the service for holding the Association’s bank accounts, CAB (also known by their parent company – CIT Bank) has a payment portal for homeowners to use to make on-line payments. There is some information you may need to have your payment properly applied to your account. You will need to know:

Management Company ID: 3098

Association ID: 0142 (Forest West Owners Association Inc)

Property Account number: Homeowner Account number located on your coupons
